WILS is partnering with the University of Missouri Nutrition & Health Extension office to offer a 6 week class on chronic disease self-management. Learn how to maintain quality of life when faced with chronic health conditions and get the chance to interact with peers for support.  The classes will be held on Wednesdays from January 16-February 20.
