Why are scans from Scannable not arriving in Outlook?

Most likely, your Outlook login has timed out.

  1. Double-tap the Home button on the iPad.
  2. Swipe the Outlook app window upward.
  3. Open the Outlook app again.
  4. Login into Outlook with the same ID and password as your office PC.
  5. Try sending document from Scannable to Outlook again.
