Peer Support. 855-WILSWAY or W-ILS.org

Disability Peer Support groups help individuals with disabilities work to develop skills which allow them to live as independently as they desire. This includes finding work, or continuing their education, or raising a family, or voting, or whatever each individual deems valuable to their own life.

Over half of WILS board and staff are made up of individuals with disabilities.  Members of our staff, board and volunteers, who have dealt successfully with their own challenges, draw upon their experiences to help you explore options, solve problems, learn new skills or analyze one’s situation and develop coping strategies.

WILS provides disability Peer Support groups in a consumer-directed manner over the telephone, in person at any WILS office or at a consumer’s living site. We can offer wisdom gained through personal experiences to inspire hope, support personal responsibility, promote understanding, offer education, and promote self-advocacy and self-determination.

WILS offers the following Disability Support Groups
