CILs First and “Zuser, Test”
When temporarily opening consumers for tax filing and other reasons, staff provided feedback that closed consumers were appearing in their case load all of sudden. For this reason, we are now assigning closed consumers to “Zuser, Test” instead of the active staff member to whom they were previously assigned.
