You may have received your signature in an email or you may have been given a link to where they are stored on the network. Here are instructions for copying it from there into Outlook.

1. Double-click on your signature to open it in Chrome, Firefox, or Edge,
2. click and drag across your signature,
3. right-click and select *Copy*,
4. right-click and select *Paste* in the Outlook signature dialog box,
5. and click *Save*.

You can open a new email to confirm that your updated signature appears.
