Name, Address and Phone Number Changes
Please be sure to email Payroll (payroll@w-ils.org) any time a name, address or phone number needs to be updated for a consumer –OR- attendant. This is an important step because when payroll completes the updates, the information will also be correct in Ascend and DL. For example, if an address or phone number is only changed in CILs First and not Ascend, it could cause EVV to report GPS Verification Failed or Out of Range.
