It has come to our attention that there might be some confusion about which office should be listed on a consumer’s file in CILs First. For the folder structures to function correctly in DL, the Office field is based on the county in which the consumer resides. We are aware that our consumers may move between counties in our catchment area so please use the link below to access a list which details each county tied to a WILS office.
Even though the Clinton and Odessa offices have been closed, we will keep them in the DL folder structure because hours of work would be involved in updating each consumer’s folder for a new office.
