Suspected Phishing Emails
If you suspect an email may be a phishing attempt, submit a ticket (email: helpdesk@w-ils.org or portal: https://w-ils.on.spiceworks.com/portal/tickets) with the subject line “Suspected Phishing.” Feel free to copy and paste the suspected email address into or attach a screen shot to the ticket. Please do not forward or reply to the email because either may cause a false positive if it is from KnowBe4. You could also be included in a retraining campaign. We will contact you to verify that the message is indeed a phishing attempt and, if so, have you delete the message immediately.
