Full-Time Independent Living Case Manager – Warrensburg

West-Central Independent Living Solutions (WILS), a company which empowers people with disabilities to live independently, is seeking a full-time Independent Living Case Manager to join our team working from the Warrensburg office.

Candidates must be committed to the independent living philosophy, diversity, and serving the needs of a diverse population. Individuals must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as strong organizational and time management abilities.

Essential Functions
Independent Living Case Manager duties include coordination and case management of services, maintaining data regarding service assessments, and providing assistance and referrals to people with disabilities.

Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in Human Services or related field of study. Relevant case management experience may be substituted for education.

Benefits
This is a non-exempt position at a rate of $21.00 per hour.  Excellent benefits package including health, dental, vision, life, and short-term disability insurance along with employer subsidized health insurance deductible.

Part-Time Receptionist – Sedalia

The Receptionist provides office assistance at a branch location, ensuring smooth communication and data services for both consumers and staff. This role supports the agency’s mission, vision, values, and principles by fostering a welcoming and efficient office environment. Essential Functions
Candidates must be committed to the independent living philosophy and serving the needs of a diverse population. Individuals must possess strong communication and customer service skills to greet visitors, answer calls, and respond to inquiries professionally. Proficiency in office organization, clerical tasks, and software applications, along with attention to detail, time management, and the ability to support staff are essential.

Qualifications
A high school diploma or GED is required for this position. Previous reception experience or equivalent customer service skills are preferred.

Terms
This is a non-exempt, part-time position Monday – Friday, 10am – 2pm with an hourly wage commensurate with experience.
