Part Time Driver

West-Central Independent Living Solutions (WILS) is seeking a professional individual as a part-time driver for our Transportation Program. The home base for the driver will be from our Warrensburg WILS office.

Essential Functions
The candidate must be committed to independent living philosophy, diversity and inclusion and serving the needs of a diverse population. Must possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and strong organizational skills, as well as being skillful with time management, planning abilities and the ability to work under pressure. Responsibilities will include, but not limited to; pre and post vehicle trip inspections, assist passengers on entering and exiting the vehicle, provide safe transportation of clients, accurate and timely completion of required documentation. Candidate must be friendly and detail-oriented.

Qualifications
High School diploma or GED, Class B license and a minimum of three years driving experience.

Benefits
Hours will range from 20-25 hours per week with a rate of $15.00 – $16.00 per hour depending on experience. Must be available Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm.

As the Director of Consumer Care, you’ll play a pivotal role in leading and supervising various essential programs that make this mission a reality.

Essential Functions
Candidates must be committed to the independent living philosophy and serving the needs of a diverse population. Individuals must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as strong organizational and time management abilities. Essential functions as Director of Consumer Care include providing leadership and supervision for the Consumer Directed Services (CDS) supervisors, Veterans Directed Care Program, oversight of branch offices, participation in WILS planning processes, monitoring legislative and administrative policies that impact WILS and stakeholders, completing and submitting required quarterly and annual Independent Living (IL) Program Reports, and participation and oversight of CDS and IL Program reviews.

Qualifications
Required – RN or Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration or Master’s degree and four years applicable supervisory experience preferred.  Excellent knowledge of healthcare legal regulations and procedures, comprehensive knowledge of Department of Health and Senior Services (DHSS) and of all rules/regulations DHSS has instituted and will institute concerning Consumer Directed Services and Independent Living.

Benefits
This is an Exempt position Monday – Friday with a minimum annual salary of $75,000 commensurate with experience and a sign-on bonus.   Excellent benefits package including 100% employer paid health, dental, vision, life, and short-term disability insurance along with employer subsidized health insurance deductible.
