You can access your W-2 by logging into the Ascend Attendant Portal. If you are using Ascend EVV, you can log in with the same domain (wils), username and password. If you have forgotten your password, please tap the “Recover Password” link in Ascend EVV or the “Forgot Password?” link on the Ascend Attendant Portal.
I’d like to switch from telephony or DND Mobile to the new Ascend EVV app. Can I view instructions for downloading Ascend EVV to my phone and logging in?
There are two reasons you may not be able to access the mobile app on an Android phone. First, please make sure you are using the Chrome browser rather than Google. While both are similar, the Google app doesn’t contain the necessary functionality for the app. Two, if you are prompted to install security certificates or setup a security code, tap Cancel. Either may prevent you from accessing the mobile app.
