Project Connect is a one-day public health outreach event designed to help underserved and uninsured adults find needed community resources. All services offered are free of charge.

Stop by to say hello to WILS and take advantage of all the amazing community resources and services.

Services and resources available at Project Connect events include:
  • Dental extractions in our mobile unit (first come, first serve).
  • Haircuts.
  • Height, weight, blood pressure check, etc.
  • Enrollment assistance for Medicaid and Medicare.
  • WIC and nutritional information and education.
  • Pregnancy tests and women’s resources.
  • Exit bags with hygiene supplies and necessities.
  • Immunizations voucher (good for 14 days).
  • Birth/death certificate voucher (good for 14 days).
  • MO driver’s license and photo ID voucher (good for 14 days).
  • Many other resources!

The next Project Connect will be held on Tuesday, November 29 from 9 a.m. – 2 p.m. at the Concordia Community Center, located at 802 S. Gordon St. Concordia, MO, 64020. Project Connect is a one-day public health outreach event designed to help underserved and uninsured adults find needed community resources. All services offered are free. To help spread the word, download an event flier.   Vendor organizations will help raise awareness of available community resources by providing information and free services while also building connections with members of the community. Volunteers will guide attendees around the event and inform them about the community resources and services available.   Hair cut providers as well as volunteers are needed for the Concordia Project Connect on Tuesday, November 29.
