The Health Care Collaborative of Rural Missouri/Live Well Community Health Centers is excited to the host a one-day public health service event for adults on Friday, February 22, 2019 from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. The event will be held at the Lexington United Methodist Church located at 1211 S Hwy 13 in Lexington MO. This event is for under served and uninsured adults that need connected to various services in their community.
