Program Engagement Stages

One of the new features we have in Salesforce is to track the consumer’s stage in a program To use this tool effectively, it is important to that all staff are using the same definitions for these stages. Please see the list below to determine which stage is appropriate.

Consumer Stages – Definitions Changes

Applied:  after the Initial Visit create a program engagement.

Enrolled:  POC or VDC Referral received or if consumer has an approved application for AT, Ramp, or Transportation

Active:  CDS/VDC working attendant or caregiver; AT, Ramp, Peer Support or Transportation if the consumer is actively participating in the program.

Waitlist: Ramps-waiting on funding or labor pending

Completed:  closed and received any Program Engagement services

Withdrawn:  consumer made choice OR no goals accomplished for that program. Should only be used if NO program Engagement services were received
