Phone number updates in Ascend

When attendants need their mobile phone number updated in Ascend, it needs to be updated for both the attendant record and Ascend EVV password recovery. While Disability Support Services and CDS Payroll staff have access to update the attendant’s record, IT staff need to update the phone number used for Ascend EVV password recovery. Please copy helpdesk@w-ils.org on these requests so that the number will be up-to-date in both locations.
