We partnered with Provisio to enhance the Case Plan view with more detailed information that automatically updates goal records when modified.

The Service, Completion Date, and Cancelled Date fields have been added to this view, with improvements to streamline data entry.
Additionally, service deliveries can now be linked to goals. A new Goals section in the Service Delivery screen allows you to search for goals by name and link up to five goals to a single service delivery.

After saving the service delivery, you can click on the goal record link to verify the connection.
