What do you do if an attendant calls and has lost or their pay card has been stolen? You contact Skylight at 888-414-8885. WILS cannot issue a replacement pay card as each card has a different account number and will not tie back to the card that was lost or stolen.
What day is payday? Attendants are paid on Friday’s, should a pay date fall on a Holiday, WILS will pay attendants the day before the pay date.
You receive a call for an employment verification on an attendant? They must fax the written authorization before we can release any information.
An attendant calls and wants their pay stubs sent to someone what do you tell them? We can only send them to you the attendant via their email on file, mail or pickup in office. We will not send to a 3rd party due to HIPAA.
