Leading/Ending Zeros for Phone Number & Medicaid ID fields

The leading/ending zeros from some phone numbers and Medicaid IDs seem to be missing in Salesforce. We have determined that this likely occurred when the CILs First data was exported to spreadsheets because their default setting is to remove leading/ending zeros. If you have already adjusted your consumers’ records, thank you! If you happen upon this in the future, please refer to CILs First for the correct data then update the fields in Salesforce accordingly.
